Recently , i receive the bill form the paramedics for the first time,
sinece we called the ambulance after the accidents.
i was freak out when i see the bill the first time,
for basic emergency ambulance service , they charged me $9XX. What the @#$%!
plus they chaeged for mileage, bandages, and dressing seperately.
If i can't aford it , i thought i would rather die.
The location where the accident happened is not more than 5 minutes frive from the hospital.
Just one time ambulance services here, they can charge you almost a thousand.
THAT'S RIDICUlLOUSLY HILARIOUS !!!!
I don't understand how can people afford this.
There is a saying that "Living in the hospital for one night is even more expensive than living in a five star hotel for one night here"
Got you!!! If i have to stay in the hospital for one night , can't imagine how much higher the bill would be!
Hong Kong is really a nice place with very cheap medical services that provide from the govenment,
at least people don't die because they can't afford medical bills since the government really put a lot of money in that.
